Lubrication systems in automotive plants: Conveyors, Tracks, Dosing

Automotive sector is well known for quality and reliability requirements. For decades Intza Lubrication Systems is integrated in many machines that supply this sector (presses, metal, cutting, etc.). Additionally, in recent years Intza can also be found in assembly lines of automotive plants with different kinds of solutions:

  1. Chain and conveyor lubrication: the chain system that transports the car or parts of it in the assembly process needs adequate lubrication. Intza Lubrication Systems has installed sophisticated oil powdering lubrication system even in process area with temperatures around 210 °C.

  2. Track or 7th axis of robots: industrial robots mounted over tracks are in continuous movement and they perform much better if the linear systems are properly lubricated. Intza installs centralized lubrication systems in different production areas such as welding of car-body or assembly.

  3. Grease dosage in assembly workstation: automated dosage of grease in small and controlled quantities is a guarantee of correct application.
