With MAINDO, a state-of-the-art enterprise software solution to manage production processes’ quality, Marposs is now able to provide total solutions to monitor the quality of industrial production processes: from testing, measurement, and machine tool monitoring to a platform for data storage and analysis and business process management, including equipment integration, automation, and data collection solutions.
MAINDO is a modular industrial software solution that aims to monitor, analyze, and improve the quality and efficiency of industrial production. The software combines IoT technologies with an intuitive user interface to allow monitor and control over the production in real time.
MAINDO allows real-time data collection, analysis, and visualization of quality control and machines’ data, within the same platform. Providing a complete overview of the quality of the ongoing production across its several phases, MAINDO allows to create a “digital identity card” for each produced part or production batch. Thanks to its web-based interface, MAINDO is accessible from any device, anywhere, in a secure way.
Through MAINDO, Marposs modular software systems achieve direct network connectivity, integrating control benches and measuring machines at the production level, metrology room measurement systems, or PLC terminals directly with higher-level enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and MES. MAINDO introduces the capability to remotely manage and optimize machines’ parameters, test recipes and quality control plans, completely digitizing production processes. Especially in EV testing lines, Marposs can be the sole supplier of the entire solution, with a unique ability in providing top quality equipment, smart automation systems and state-of-the-art software solutions.
