Products
Mikron Tool offers standardized tools of tungsten carbide for centering, chamfering and drilling, for milling and deburring in the diameter range from 0.1 to 6 mm for drilling and up to 8 mm for milling.
In the area of customer-specific tools, the offer comprises the centering and chamfering, milling, turning, grinding or deburring and up to complex combination tools in the diameter range between 0.1 mm and 32 mm (.004” and 1.260”).
Services
As with its tools, Mikron Tool also finds perfect solutions in the field of machining. With Crazy Service, customers can benefit from expertise without having to use internal resources. This starts with choosing a suitable tool, determining the best process with the ideal cutting data, through creating the appropriate CAM program. It can even include producing and measuring a prototype along with the associated process or product validation. We welcome all projects - nothing is ever too complex or too "crazy".
