Its state-of-the-art facility houses 52 machines, and the group reinvests 5% of its annual revenue into renewing and upgrading its production equipment. This ongoing investment guarantees a high degree of manufacturing autonomy—90% for Pibomulti and 70% for Emissa—ensuring full control over quality and delivery timelines.

Since 1975, Pibomulti Group has demonstrated a deep commitment to training the next generation of precision engineers through its long-standing apprenticeship program. Additionally, it actively pursues sustainable practices, generating 35% of its electricity needs through an in-house solar energy system.
