New production software from system 3R- WorkShopManager 5

With the new WSM 5 we are moving to a modern 3-tier architecture and introducing a logical layer between the application and the persistence layer. This architecture will help us with new features and solutions in the future. All robot types/cells can be provided with the software system WorkShopManager and ID.
WSM 5 will also support AMRs, alternative routings, part handling, fixture management, ERP integration, serial number generation and a lot more functionality with a brand new UIF and color scheme.
At EMO, 2025 in Hannover we will present WSM 5 on 2 x T3-600 milling cells and 1 x T6-165 cell milling cell. And as well with an AMR solution interacting with a collaborative robot C6-20L.
The trend of using AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) has been the focus area in our latest developments. Our objective is to supply the market with an AMR solution, and it has to be flexible and agile, and transfer material on a mobile unit that supports the “lights out factory” vision.
