WFL enthused the visitors with the latest machinery innovation M30-G MILLTURN at the METAV in Düsseldorf (February, 20^th – 24^th, 2018).

At the highly innovative booth visitors could find numerous qualitative conversations and technical highlights. Further, the interested exhibition guests were invited to experience a live metal cutting process at the ~180m² exhibition stand several times per day. The M30-G MILLTURN has first been publicly launched at the EMO 2017and captivated our visitors from the beginning.

An additional highly promoted topic was concerned with: “FLANX – gearing solutions”. To meet the market requirements in the case of quality standards, profile correction and the need for flexible machining solutions, WFL refurbished the FLANX solutions. “We join new technologies with existing know how, therefore our customers can benefit from a series of advantages.”, says Kenneth Sundberg, General Manager After Market Sales bei WFL Millturn Technologies.

Along with this also the subject Industry 4.0 was in great demand. Several topics were presented in the already existing Industry 4.0 theme pool of WFL which enabled visitors to catch up on several interesting options. For instance, the all-inhouse development of the simulation and programming software: CrashGuard Studio & Millturn PRO. The software enables a pre-verification of NC programs on the computer and comfortable programming options via the programing editor. Further topics were for instance the Siemens Mindsphere and AppCom from Comara which delivers important information about the machine status and its tools as well as precious data for an increase in efficiency of production planning.
