September 2017: Linz, Austria – WFL is expanding the Management Board. Next to Norbert Jungreithmayr, CEO of WFL, Günther Mayr will be responsible for sales and technique affairs and Kenneth Sundberg will be responsible for Service and Afters Sales to take care of the company’s further development as leading manufacturer of MILLTURN complete machining centers.

The machine tool manufacturer, placed in Linz, is enlarging its Management Board to be best prepared for further growth and furthermore to fulfil customers‘ requirements with high productive machines and machining solutions at the best.

Norbert Jungreithmayr (operating in the company since 1997 and part of the management since 2005) will be supported by Günther Mayr in the divisions Sales and Technique. Mr. Mayr is coming from the owner company „Autania-AG“ and will be temporarily part of the Management. Mr. Mayr is already working in the machine tools industry for many years and is bringing his technical and especially industrial know-how in the company.

The divisions Service and Afters Sales as well as Client Service will be taken over by the new managing director Kenneth Sundberg. Kenneth Sundberg is skilled chemist and mechanical engineer, he is bringing his 35 year long experience from the field of cutting techniques and process development in the company. Mr. Sundberg was starting his career in 1979 at company Sandvik Coromant and was responsible for different tasks.

Furthermore WFL is announcing that Dieter Schatzl, Head of Marketing, is leaving the company. He will continue his career outside the company. After 16 years Mr. Schatzl is searching for a new professional challenge. “We are thanking him for his valuable work and are wishing him all the best for his future”, Norbert Jungreithmayr is stating. New Head of Marketing will be Sabine Steinkellner. She is already acting successfully in WFLs Marketing division since 2008.
