A route that is well worth seeing: Numerous highlights surprised the employees of Schneider Messtechnik during the company hike at the end of January. The starting signal was given at the Ebernburg parking lot in Bad Münster am Stein, not far from our headquarter in Bad Kreuznach. With 42 participants, we covered the approx. 6 km long hiking route, where we had to keep moving, as the temperatures were around freezing point.

Well on foot and properly warmed up, we arrived at the Stone Sculpture Museum about an hour later, where the first refreshment station awaited us with food and drink - provided by three colleagues. This arrangement included a rum tasting, which was a Christmas present from one of our suppliers and was the highlight of the half-time break. Unfortunately, the beginning snowfall forced us to move on to the premises of the Protestant family holiday and educational centre in the Ebernburg. Snowed in, we reached the second stage destination after half an hour, where we were given warm food and drinks to fortify ourselves. Everyone took the refreshment literally and had a great time with an XXL snowball fight with all participants. A real party!
