Alarm 08 means High input voltage.
Input voltage seems not stable.
It will be more helpful if you can post the photos of the servos and their labels, that would be easier to find.

In most cases it is caused by the battery, you can replace a new battery and see if the problem solved or not.
If the motor is use too much current we can check below:
1. Poor spindle lubrication
2. Spindle bearing damage
3. Spindle motor failure
4. The spindle workload is too heavy
You forgot to attach the pictures?
The problem might come from the CNC or PC or Cable connection.
Since the touch screen also failed, then most possibly the problem from the the CNC side.
I don't think the firmware is available for users, if the MR-J2S-A has problem, maybe need to get a new one to replace it.
You forgot to attached the machine photos?
Any alarm code on the spindle driver?
Interesting and impressive.

Do you mean the ball nut and the ball screw are not matched well, and the ball nut is wobbling.
If so might need to replace the whole ball screw and the nut, can not replace the nut only.
Sounds like the servo motor has problem.
If you have a spare motor, you can replace it and see if the problem still there or not.
