The VT 122 measuring camera: <br>Holistic tool evaluation inside the machine

Prevent costly damage to tools and workpieces. The VT 122 camera and VTC software offer an all-in-one system for tool presetting with automated length and diameter measurement, tool microscopy and visual tool inspection. Easily and accurately check the status of your tools before and after machining, and measure tool wear without time-consuming trips to the metrology lab. Detailed tool images are taken within the machine envelope by the VT 122 camera and analyzed within the VTC software, where users can lock damaged tools in the tool table of their CNC control.
