Automated Precision at AMB: VLC 100 GT Combination Turning and Grinding Center

Users of the VLC 100 GT have a choice, as the machine can be used either as a vertical grinding center or as a turning and grinding center. This combination results in particularly efficient processes and high component quality. Each machine is tailored to the required machining task in close cooperation with the customer, for
example, with two grinding spindles and an additional tool block holder for hard turning operations.

Conclusion: the VLC 100 GT can reduce scrap rates and complete the hard machining of small workpieces with a diameter of up to 4 inches in a single clamping operation.
