PMD 2 – New Grinding Machine for machining Crankshafts – Live at AMB!

The PMD 2 is a double-head grinding machine which has been designed for machining car crankshafts. It allows the pin and main bearings to be machined simultaneously in a single clamping operation using two grinding wheels, and it can even manufacture components as small as 700 mm in length.
