New Design Freedom for Workpieces

The PT-Series electro-chemically machines components with up to four axes and without thermal effects. Even very intricate 3-D structures are possible. Feed speeds of up to 5 mm/min are achieved for roughing. Full area and parallel machining of 20 to 30 components mean that great economy can be achieved for medium to large quantities. Precision during production extends below 20 micrometers. Service life of ECM tools is very long, removing a major cost factor when compared to cutting processes.
