Data-Matrix-Code Scanner für Werkzeugdatenübertragung

Zur Verkürzung der Rüstzeiten Ihrer Werkzeugmaschine bietet INDEX und TRAUB einen Scanner zur schnellen und sicheren Übertragung von Werkzeugvoreinstell-Werten in die Maschinensteuerung an. 

Das zeitaufwändige, manuelle Eingeben der Messwerte vom Voreinstellgerät wird durch das Abscannen eines im Voreinstellgerät generierten Data-Matrix-Code deutlich beschleunigt. Ebenso werden Übertragungsfehler ausgeschlossen. 

Beim Vermessen der Werkzeuge auf Ihrem ZOLLER-Voreinstellgerät druckt dieses einen Aufkleber mit den ermittelten Messwerten und einem Data-Matrix-Code aus. 

Der am USB-Port der Maschine angeschlossene Scanner liest diesen Data-Matrix-Code aus und generiert daraus die benötigen Werkzeugdaten für die Maschinensteuerung. 

Der Scanner kann sowohl für INDEX als auch für TRAUB-Steuerung direkt an der Maschine kalibriert werden.
