Mehr als 80.000 Artikel aus den Bereichen Werkzeughalter, Zubehör und Ersatzteile sind im Infoshop von INDEX und TRAUB verfügbar.

Seit April 2014 können Sie als Kunde von INDEX und TRAUB Angebote rund um die Uhr im Infoshop anfordern und erhalten Ihr individuelles Angebot binnen weniger Minuten als pdf-Datei per Mail.

Zur ganzheitlichen Optimierung des Bestellprozesses von der Anfrage bis zur abgeschlossenen Bestellung bietet INDEX TRAUB nun auch die direkte Anbindung Ihres Warenwirtschaftssystems an den Infoshop an.
Die Anfrage und Bestellung erfolgen über einen direkten Datenaustausch Ihres EDV-Systems mit dem Infoshop von INDEX TRAUB.
Eine manuelle Überführung von Angeboten in Bestellungen wird mit dieser direkten Anbindung automatisiert. Übertragungsfehler und zeitaufwändige Eingabetätigkeiten somit eliminiert.
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung des optimerten Bestellprozesses ist ein webbasiertes Einkaufssystem, das Ausgabedateien im OCI-Format verarbeiten kann.
