BIAX is becoming more and more the leading expert for automated deburring. For the first time the Swabian manufacturer of pneumatic handtools and robot spindles presented deburring solutions with even two robots on its booth: a Fanuc M10ia and a Universal Robot.
While the Fanuc robot showed an automated deburring of a gear housing with a fast changing system, the Universal Robot demonstrated the deburring of a work piece by pneumatic filer. The solution was created by the integrator company JUKA (www.juka.net), which is a specialist for automated deburring solutions.
