BNC2010 und BNC2020 sind die neuesten Ergänzungen der beschichteten SUMIBORON Serie, die eine verbesserte Stabilität sowie längere Standzeiten bei der Bearbeitung von gehärtetem Stahl erzielen. Neue Schneidkantenausführungen erweitern die Anwendungsbereiche der Sorten. Die Sorte BNC2010 ist die erste Wahl für die Hochpräzisionsbearbeitung und erzielt sehr gute Oberflächengüten. Die Sorte BNC2020 ist unsere erste Empfehlung für für die hocheffiziente und unterbrochene Bearbeitung von gehärtetem Stahl. Für den stark unterbrochenen Schnitt oder einer Mischung aus Vollschnitt und unterbrochenem Schnitt empfehlen wir die Sorte BNC300, die sich durch ein extrem zähes CBN-Substrat auszeichnet.
