For several years, Ostwestfalen Lippe has been one of the strongest regions in the area of mechanical engineering throughout Europe. Many predominantly medium-sized enterprises have their head office here and contribute to the positive development of the region with new innovations.
Some of the recent innovations and already proven technologies as well were presented at the FMB The supplier show for mechanical engineering that took place from the 4th of November till 6th of November in Bad Salzuflen.
Next to many interesting speeches of industry experts, visitors had the opportunity to see among other things used machines, which have been upgraded to cnc-controlled machines, new machines and programs, which enable the programming of cnc machines. Thereby, participants received general information about new technologies and innovations and got in touch with the different exhibitors.
As a co-exhibitor we had the opportunity to participate in the exhibition. “The FMB was a very good possibility to get in touch with new contacts and to expand our network. We had many productive conversations and could acquire new costumers,” Silke Meelker summarizes.
