On 19th – 22nd March, DMG MORI will present the latest trends and innovations for LASERTEC and ULTRASONIC manufacturing of precision tools at GrindTec 2014 in Augsburg. In addition to demonstrating two advanced high-tech machines at the show, we will also show the tool pre-setting system MICROSET UNO 20 | 40, which meets the user-friendly standards that you have come to expect from DMG MORI. We cordially invite you to join us in Hall 2 at Booth 2001.

Progress through innovation
Benefit from the many advantages found in our innovative LASERTEC PrecisionTool technology and quickly achieve outbreak-free cutting edges in CVD-D / PCD precision tools via our laser-supported machining method. At GrindTec 2014, we will demonstrate a range of production scenarios on a fully automated LASERTEC 20 PrecisionTool. Our new ULTRASONIC 30 linear will demo hard machining of insert seats and coolant channels in carbide shafts by combining the use of diamond tools with innovative ULTRASONIC technology.
