ifm SUCCESS DAYS 2025 were very well received

ifm once again hosted the SUCCESS DAYS on 3 and 4 June 2025. The two-day supply chain management conference, which was all about transparency, attracted a record number of attendees. More than 400 participants from the supply chain environment learned about the functions and possible applications of ifm software, experienced practical customer presentations and attended interactive workshops at the Apollo Theatre in Siegen and via livestream. Gerlinde Comisel and Louis Awode guided the audience through a varied program.
The 18th edition of the ifm SUCCESS DAYS was attended by around 340 participants in the atmospheric setting of the Apollo Theatre. More than 60 other people were digitally connected to watch the event via livestream. In keeping with the motto "Supply Chain Transparency – Make the Unseen Seen", the ifm experts demonstrated how the supply chain solutions provide greater transparency in sales and production planning, procurement and inventory management.
From theory to practice
Reports from ifm customer companies ARNOLD UMFORMTECHNIK, MAHLE, Endress+Hauser, KEENFINITY and HOMAG showed how this new transparency has proven itself in practice. Alexander Radtke, Vice President Global Supply Chain at KEENFINITY, provided an impressive example of best practice: With the ifm software, the spin-off of Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH was able to reduce inventories by 60 % and increase sales by 30 %.
A special guest offered insights into new waters beyond the familiar supply chain landscape. In his motivational talk, apnoea diver and marine biologist Lukas Müller shed light on the hidden wonders of the ocean with fascinating images and stories.
Interactive formats and personal exchange
Interactive small-group formats complemented the stage programme and proved very popular. The workshop-style breakout sessions covered topics such as inventory value changes in SAP Clean Core, production resource tracking, and optimising S&OP processes. In the "Meet the Expert" format, ifm experts were available to share their expertise and answer questions about the SCM solutions. Compact software introductions in the form of silent conferences, especially for newcomers, complemented the offering.
Slots could be conveniently booked via the newly developed event app – and were quickly filled. Check-in and live streaming were also handled via the app, which also served as a digital guide to help with content and on-site orientation. Moreover, it offered functions for chatting, giving feedback and networking.
There was also room for networking at the evening event. The participants enjoyed a relaxed end to the first day of the event in a transparently decorated industrial hall. In addition to culinary delights, the focus was on sharing experiences. The popular "Speed Dating" event allowed employees from different companies to get to know each other in short, 3-minute conversations and gather new ideas for their own practice.
ifm SCM Awards 2025
A highlight of the conference was the presentation of the ifm SCM Awards. KEENFINITY received the award for the "Fastest implementation of ifm’s supply chain solution GIB Suite Operations". MAHLE won in the category "Future-proof excellence in mid-term planning with the ifm supply chain solution Supply Chain Excellence for Demand Planning". POLIPOL was honoured for the "Fastest MRP project with the ifm supply chain solution Rule Workbench". The trophies were presented by Bilgin Kilic, Senior Director Sales at GIB S&D GmbH, who is responsible for the entire DACH sales of the SCM software.
