Although my CNC is not DIY (It is a Onefinity X50 CNC router), everything else is, and I thought two of my recent projects might be of interest to others.

I felt the original Z axis assembly was one of the weaker areas of the overall machine, so I set out to design and build a new one based on linear rails and guides.
