Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Polar Cooling Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components for our advanced HVAC systems. This role is crucial to ensuring the high standards and efficiency that our products are known for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs, including loading tools, setting tool offsets, and configuring machine parameters according to specifications.
- Programming: Read and interpret CNC programs and blueprints, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Operation: Operate CNC machines during production, monitoring performance to ensure parts are machined to exact specifications.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $18 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
