    3 AXIS OPEN POCKET!?

    Hi all, im trying to machine a gear feature on the end of a shaft ive got held in my 4th axis, im hoping to find a way to machine between each gear tooth as an "open pocket" i have V36. any help would be appreciated, ive attached a .zip file of what i have going on so far. what i want is for the tool to lead in off the work from the left (-x direction) and lead out the same side (-x) as well as step down? climb milling.

    Extend your geometry and use a boundary to constrain the path.
