hello,
we have punching machine Trumpf TC 500 with control system CC220- CP MEM5 and monoscreen 12". when we starting the machine, sometimes the operation software doesn't initiated , and we have to switch the power off/on several times for the software to start. while operating the machine stops and error 2616 WATCHDOG ERROR COMES on the screen. that happens frequently, once to twice a week.
we have investigated connection cable X22 and 24VDC connection and found the O.K.
Any advice to find out the fault and fix the problem.
