Unable to Create New Account - Form Not Submitting (Multiple Devices/Networks Tested)
Body:
Hello,
For the past couple of days, I have been trying to create a new Arduino account but the sign-up form is not working. I'm hoping someone can confirm if this is a known issue.
The Problem:
When I fill out all the information on the "Create an Arduino Account" page (email, username, password), check the "agree" box, and click the "Sign up" button, the button shows a brief loading animation and then does nothing. The page simply resets to how it was, with no error message and no confirmation email sent.
I also discovered that the "Submit" button on the official "Contact Us" support page fails in the exact same way.
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken:
I have confirmed this is not an issue on my end by performing the following tests:
Multiple Browsers: The issue occurs on my Mac using privacy-focused browsers (DuckDuckGo) and standard browsers (Safari).
Safari Settings: In Safari, I have tried the following with no success:
Allowing all pop-ups for auth.arduino.cc.
Disabling "Prevent cross-site tracking."
Clearing all website data and cache for arduino.cc.
Different Device & Network (The Definitive Test): I turned off Wi-Fi on my iPhone and tried to create the account using a completely different network (cellular data). The exact same failure occurred.
Since the problem happens on multiple devices (Mac, iPhone) and on multiple networks (Home Wi-Fi, Cellular), it proves the issue is not with my computer or network configuration. It appears to be a server-side problem with the web forms on the Arduino site.
Can anyone else confirm they are seeing this, or can a moderator please pass this information along to the web development team?
Thank you.
