Going to be Replacing Windows & Way Covers Wipers on my VF3 Any Tips?

    Hey guys,
I am going to be replacing our (front)windows on the VF3 and Way cover wipers and have ordered everything from Haas including the seals for the windows. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on doing this, thanks.

Haas has a special tool for the black molding. Without the tool it is a pain in the XXX. The way cover is easy once they are removed and cleaned.

it's all about the technique i never used a tool just a screwdriver wrap the molding around the window cut it long do not cut it til the window is almost all the way in fit the window in try to get 3/4 of the way in and just work the moulding into the door much like doing a convertible back window on old convertibles pain in the ass. you can always get oversized poly carbonate and srew it to the doors and ****can the moulding just drill holes in the sheet metal and glue the oversized glass to the doors.

It usually helps a lot to lubricate the rubber molding. On other but similar projects we have used a heavy concentration of dishsoap and water, but for the sake of preventing possible issues with the soap getting in the coolant we used coolant on the CNC window molding.
