    Wiring VFD for control in MACH3

    Has anyone done this yet? Everything seems to be there to control the spindle via PWM. especially with the G540 everything is buffered & isolated...
    I think a tachometer would be needed to see how fast you actually turning but that's down the road.

    Check with JT at Shopmaster. He has .pdf files on doing that. You can also read RPM through Mach III.
