Hi,
I just joined the forum.
I primarily use sketchup to design cabinets, shelves, and kitchens.
Most of the work is made from wood.
I recently heard that sketchup can now interface with a cnc to make cabinets. Can anyone recommend the plugin to do this and possibly a cnc shop that works with files from skectchup or files exported from sketchup?

There are a few plugins that will make cabinet cutlists from Sketchup, but I'm not aware of any that output files for CNC. Ideally, you'd need to output 2D .dxf files.

Thanks for the reply. Google sketchup pro outputs dwg and dxf's. However, there seems to be problems with curves. I tend to work with straight lines, so this may not be a problem. Would you happen to know a good cnc shop for cabinets/woodwork in the New York, CT, NJ area? Currently, I have a small shop and considering sending out my files.
