    MASTERRCAM X2 DEBURRING

hi guys, so i'm now using mastercam x2 after years of gibbscam and surfcam. i need some direction on how to deburr the inside of a hole on a radius. i need to use a round undercutting / lolipop cutter.
in gibbscam i used the deburring plugin. this kept the chamfer even around the hole. but i cant find anything like this in mastercam.
i need to keep the chamfer even within .003 and have control of the size.
    i dont have solids either.
    any thoughts?
    thanks, Ron

try contour use the drop down on the lower left check 2d chamfer
click on the exclamation point to set the chamfer parameters
you need to use a 2d circle the diameter of your hole as your geometry
be careful that your chaining arrow points to the inside of the hole

    Tstom, read his post again.

Ron, sounds like you've got a hole going radially into a round part, correct? If yes, in Mastercam, the only way of doing that that I'm aware of is to 3D surface the chamfer with your lollipop. That means you'll need the chamfer allready in the solid model when you import it into MC.

this would like Matt stated as a surfacing tool path. you can use a Lollipop or a dove tail or a key cutter. Can you share a file or a picture of the area so we can make sure of are thoughts.
