My SX3 needs new spindle Bearings

Well after finally getting A working tool changer/drop out setup working. I Started checking out the play in machine since it's been run hard over the last 5 years.
And found i have over .005 run out on the spindle. Hoping its just the bearings. It has been noisier lately now that i think of it.

Anyone know The part numbers for the bearings? Would like to upgrade them rather then replace them with ones from grizzly.

I will be very interested in your replies. I have an SX3 (converted to CNC) which has an MT3 spindle (common in UK, Australia and New Zealand) but am sick of having to bash the draw bar to remove a stuck MT3 tool. So I have been researching changing the spindle to an R8 spindle (sourced from Grizzly)
There is good information on removing/refurbishing the SX3 spindle on Arc Euro Trade website in the UK. (Engineering Tools | Lathe | Milling Machine | Model Engineering | arceurotrade.co.uk), and they also have information on the bearings, and sell what they claim are superior bearings as well (expensive!). They also offer a refurbishment service, but said they couldn't replace my MT3 spindle with an R8 one.

I enquired with SIEG in China whether I could buy a complete replacement spindle and bearings already fitted in a new spindle sleeve, but they responded saying that the accuracy of the machine would be seriously effected - I presume the spindle sleeve must be individually machine to fit each headstock?
    The taper bearing is a Koyo 32907-J2 - 35*55*14mm, thrust bearing is a 30*47*11mm and the top spindle bearing is also a Koyo 6006 2RS - 30*55*13mm
Interested to hear from anyone else that has replaced the bearings and/or spindle in an SX3
    Chris

Using TTS tooling? Is the end of the spindle runout 0.00? Does it need a grind?

Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.

    That some good info.
But i had Play in the bearings. Shouldn't have really said run out. When i put a dial indicator on the on the spindle i can Hand push the spindle .005 in either direction of X and y.
I changed out the bearings as i had a set i didn't know about laying around. Did the trick.

Now to play with my power draw bar
