Hi all
In our machine Fanuc Robodrill alpha T14i, emergency signal x8.4 is missing...
I don't have electrical wiring manual..
checked emergency switch it is okay...
Now where input X8.4 is connected in machine..
Please help.....

From wwhere you know that signal X8.4 is missing?you checked the ladder?
the emergency line from ladder has 3 others signals that must be on.
i think you have also X100.1
check also if keeprelay K15.1 is 0

keepRelay 15.1 is 0, and didn't checked X100.1...
I checked it from ladder....

Hello Everyone..
Machine Details.
Fanuc Robodrill alpha T14iA..
Control Unit 16iMA..i
Machine is getting ON but with several alarms..
TCZ limit switch welding
Z Axis brake relay fault
X-Axis data transfer error
and many more

Machine parameters are okay

Actualy machine is not showing inputs from x0.0 to x15.7

Inputs from the operator board are working and showing in PMC Status
Now Machine machine drawing is required..

if anyone has Maintenance Drawing of this machine, Please mail me..

Update from machine...
The expansion I/O module connected on wiring PCB is not showing I/O's.
The 24V and 0V connected to I/O is checked and okay.
The I/O extension link contains, basic module and 2 expansion modules.
All the inputs X4.0 to X11.7 through this I/O link are not showing in PMC status.
If we remove JD1B connector from the basic module still there is no alarm shown.
