chawkiz, maybe this is unipolar stepper motor (8 wired) http://www.stepperworld.com/Tutorial...arTutorial.htm

Eight wire steppers can be wired any of 4 ways:

    1. Unipolar

    2. Bipolar Series

    3. Half coil

    4. Bipolar Parallel.

Unipolar wiring will give the least torque and speed.

Bipolar Series will give full rated torque at very low speed, but will not run very fast.

Half coil wiring will give slightly less speed and power than Bipolar Parallel.

Bipolar Parallel will give full rated torque at low RPM, but carry some torque to high rpm. This is generally considered to be the best for CNC.

So which way do you want to wire this motor?

    thanks for replay

i need uses this motor to uses with pminmo interface

    exact here

    http://pminmo.com/PMinMOwiki/index.php5?title=3axis

but (pminmo uses 6 wire 2 wire for V and 4 input

haw configire my stepper 8 wire to work with this interface i need it fast speed

    thanks

PH265-E1.0B - discontinued product and data sheet not avaliable
    http://catalog.orientalmotor.com/ite...prod&filter=0#

Color marking wires new SM Orientalmotor is differs and is found on page 189 catalogues http://www.orientalmotor.com/product...A/St2Intro.pdf

You it is necessary to limit the current, for instance laboratory power source, install the controller in mode of the full step, tax signal STEP low frequency (5-10 Hz) with generator.
You it is necessary to connect coils two by two "begin-end+begin-end" and on average points tax + Vmot supply

Hereinafter connect variants wires SM until will be an even rotation.
The Half an hour of the work and you wait the success!

    There is suggestion that
    black - begin coil
    white /black - end coil
    RED- begin coil
    white/red end coil
    ....
(or on the contrary "end - begin"), but equally on phases coils

If you have selected the proper wires, then an ohmeter should show the SAME resistance between black-yellow, orange-green, red-white, brown-blue. There should be DOUBLE that resistance between black-green and red-blue. (The colors are different on your motor, you will have to find these wires by experiment.)

These measurements are taken without any wires connected to the motor.

    yesssss nice

    veryy thanks for help

    i have external power with 12 v 1A

the internal resistor on stpeer is 6 ohm per coil * 2 = 12ohm

(12 ohm) resistor motor and external power 12v 1A

    motor 5v 1A

waths i uses for resistor ?

    12v-5/1 = 8 om *2 = 16 ohm because i used tow coil ?

Careful! A unipolar driver only powers ONE phase (2 coils) at a time and only ONE 6 ohm coil in the phase (per direction) at a time.

Nothing wrong. I'm just saying One 6 Ohm coil is all that will ever be powered at once from unipolar. NEVER two at once.

You while about calculation of the resistor do not think, early. Phasing the coils, supply power stage at experiment from 3,3 or 5 volts from, for instance, PC ATX power supply, resistors maybe 1-2-3 Ohm, not it is important.

    "8 wired , 4 coil" -> "phase A begin-common A-phase /A end" and "phase B begin-common B-phase /B end"

yes, consider resistance of the stepper motor 5V/1A=5 Ohm not it's correct, it's wrong.
