    Rotozip thread size?

    does any1 know the thread size/pitch
    of the rotozip nut (I'm not sure but I think it's
    called collet nut).

    It really depends on the model of rotozip you have.
    I just measured mine, so it may be helpful or not, the one i have is the "classic" pro series model SCS01LE. The dimensions may be different between models, i'm not sure.

    Dimensions:
    L: 0.75"
    W: 0.625"
    ID1: 0.275"
    ID2: 0.462" (Undersized for threads)
    ID2 Thread: 1/2-28
