    Allen Bradley ultra 1500 52092-DA1 question.

    I've got the above mentioned servo drive, and would like to connect a non AB motor with a conventional encoder.
    I also want to control the drive with Step/Dir from a PC.
    Anyone ever succeeded in having this setup operational?

    I will be setting up AB 3000i servo drives soon. You will need the Ultra 1500 user manual and software. Please see figure 2.8 Position Command Input Signal Types.
    This list the pins for step/direction input. See page 77 which shows screen to set up step/direction function. Software/manuals:
