Unhappy Cincinatti 900 V2 control issue

Got a 5MV machine with the Acramatic 900 V2 control. When sending files from a computer via data cable, various random lines don't get into the machine. A search of the program yields (N values incremented by 5) O5, O10, N30, N45, N50, N55, N70, etc. Using predator DNC to send to the machine. No individual characters are lost, just full lines of code. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which ones are lost either.
Anybody have enough experience with this control to have any thoughts?
    Thanks in advance.

We are a Predator Distributor in San Diego, CA. What is the name your company? What version of the Predator DNC are you using.

Looks like you already spoke with Amy in our office.

Keep us posted on what happens with the slower baud rate.
