i have a nextengine since 2008 and now sudenly dont work. seems to be dead...
dont work in any usb and dont do nothing. dont conect,nothind symply dead.

i talk to nextengine support and they say to that as it is an sd model dont have any solution the only one thing i can do is buy another for 2000$

wath belive this people that we are stupid,belive that spen 3000$ and in two years i will spend 2000$ in another scanner that maybe in another 2 years could brake.....(chair)

I have fixed my scanner without any support or help from the company and they told me to buy another one of course if I need to buy another scanner it will not be a NextEngine .................

how did you fix your scanner? was it a software problem? mine seems to be on the fritz too. I am trying to get it to work with Windows 7
