    Bearing Retainers

    Hi,

I came across a picture on a cnc site of these bearing retainers. Instead of maching a bearing retainer into a block of aluminum I would like to use these.

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase these, I do not seem to find them anywhere? Anyone use these?

    Thanks,
    skipper

They look custom made, & very easy to make with a lathe for the round part, drill & counterbore where you want the mounting holes

Look just like the bearing retainers we make for our ballscrew bearings.

I thought they may be off the self components. Dick Z, do you make ball screw kits?

skipper, No, we make custom machinery and the bearings, retainers etc. are usually different for each machine. They are variations of a theme, similar but not identical.
