    Plasmacam accuracy

When we try to cut a complex shapes, Plasmacam seems to get lost a little and doesn't end up at the same spot. It looks perfect on the screen and the coordinates are right on.

We thought it might be a belt, but these are brand new belts. Has anyone else had this problem?

    We are cutting at 90ipm

Which model of Plasmacam do you have and if it is a used one, did you check the motor pulleys for wear? If they are worn, they can slip in the belt.
