Enter 0 as the current values of PMC counter 001 and 002.
I think I can handle that...
Thank you very much

Calculate the spring life yourself... Ignore the Ray 2500lb comment. Yours is almost certainly different.

Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.
Thank you both for your replay.
I think I'll contact fanuc on this one, i could reset the counter but I think springs may need to be replaced/inspect...to calculate spring life myself...mmmmm after I saw your excel sheet, I know this is out of my league.
Thank you for your time and imputs, I'm sure what I need to do now.
Regards
If you know what your springs are like, measure them and enter.
It is all too easy. I am sure you can measure spring thickness, open height, and diameters.
That's it. Feed in the the stack configuration. 4x2 etc.
Look at 25% 50% and 80% and look at the graph. Fiddle compression and see where fatigue life gets bad.
No harm in trying. I did.
