CNC Router (cannot cut good circle)

I recently purchased a cnc router from a China supplier. It came with Panasonic Servo Motor and HIWIN guide rail. It runs on Mach3 USB
and I have a lot of problem getting a good circle.

I tried changing many parameter in Mach3 and the same problem resurface after I tried cutting the same pattern over and over again.
Some of the changes on Mach3 made but not workable were:-
    1) Enable CV Distance Tolerance
    2) Enable G100 Adaptive Nurbs
    3) Distance Mode (IJ Mode) change from Absolute to Increment
    4) Enable Radius Comp Off

I need some help from the forum here. Please let me know if there is anything I could do to resolve the issue.
I notice that my Panasonic motor give some braking sound when I pressed the up, down, right or left movement

    Please assist

    BL

Based on the circle, your machine has backlash in one axis that you need to get rid of.

    It's not a Mach3 issue, it's a mechanical issue.

I need help on the adjustment of backlash. The screw thread I have is TBI 1605.
It looks like the backlash is on the Y axis. Can mach3 do the backlash compensation ?

Hmm i found tbi 1650 on alibaba and it says ballbearing Type they shouldnt (China?) have backslash at all so probably you have another Issue like that there is a Kind of Travel between the Bearing and your axis spindles? Is that possible , on mach i cant help because i use Windows only if i get Payed a Lot per Hour or Gaming ,..
