    Jogging Issues

I am using a Techno LCSeries 59120. I'm having an issue with jogging the machine. If the speed is anything over 125 the machine kind of jerks forward for a split second and then an error message pops up saying there is an M1 Position error.

If I lower the speed it will move but the first 12 inches of movement or so are stuttering and shaky. Then if i try to go the opposite direction on the Y-axis it will not and the same error message comes up.

I can not see any issues when watching the drive shaft or the tracks, but the machine will not cut anything because it stops as soon as it tries to move along the y-axis. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Three questions:

    • What version of our software are you running? (When you have the Techno CNC Interface open it will say on the top left.)
    • How old is the machine?
    • What type of controller is it? (You can see what controller type here)

With that info we can then inspect your configuration and see potential issues.
