I will start by saying this is my first time using a Heidenhain.
Recently purchased a Mikron HSM400U with an iTNC 530 control with software 340 422 11 SP3. The machine has all the PLANE function soft keys and also has several old programs that utilize PLANE functions so I feel like it must have the option. Yet it alarms out any time you try and run it. I've tried M128 and M129. I have 3d rotation active for both program and manual. The alarm references t 1, being set to 1. WTF is that?
Not sure why but MP7500 seems to be turned off. I'm thinking bit 0 and bit 1 need to be 1s. Not sure how you would get t 1, out of that but the alarm description kind of matches bit 1, spacial angle.
There is a thread on cnczone that where someone changed from 101 to 111 and it worked. So I tried this and changing bit 1 did nothing and if I chance bit 0 I get some kind of alarm about parameter manipulation is not allowed and it tells me to turn it back to a 0.
Also not sure where the 136 and 137 are coming from in the one picture of a file for kinemat. But the top of the table does have a TT1 in it. I don't really understand what the .TAB files that reference parameters actually do....
The control has cycle 19 and that works but I can't call M128 while cycle 19 is active, is plane spacial the same or will M128 work with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul
