Hi,
I am looking for someone that can write program for either Mach 3 or LinuxCNC, Basically we are looking for the following job done:

1. You need to tell me what hardware is require?
2. Write the program to do the following task:

a. Milling machine start to auto Zero from the milling part (Because each part has a different high, At least zero the Z-axis)
b. Once it find the zero, it will need to start milling a part for 0.1mm on Z axis at the same time move the X and Y axis to mill the entire surface of part with diameter of 20mm (X and Y just want to make the surface totally flat), then Z axis move up 2mm
c. We have a external circuit to make the reading, if the reading result turn out to be mill another o.1mm, it will start as step b. above. (Make the total of 0.2mm milling) The step will continue 0.3 or 0.4mm or more, Each step can be set as macro or shortcut in the keyboard.

All the 0.1, 0.2 0.3mm milling increment can be setup as a macro or shortcut in the keyboard, We will use the relay manually turn on the keyboard. Or any hardware that can do the job, we will use it.

If you able to do the following job, let us how much do you charge? 30% up front, 60% during the progress with some result and 100% payment when done.

Are you building a machine or do you already have one? What kind of external circuit are you using to take the measurements?
