I have a BMC 30 that whenever you stop the spindle or finish a cycle faults with the message "Spindle Fault Zero Speed Signal Error". It runs @ 60 rpm until it faults. Even when it runs I can't trust it to tap. Any suggestions would be useful.

sounds like something mechanical, like an encoder. call hurco
Thanks! My spindle was out of balance. (electronically) I called Hurco & Steve helped me change parameters in the spindle drive. It runs beautifully now.
