    Backlash and Gib/Ballscrew Preload adjustments

I did a search, but found no concise guide, so...

How do I adjust the gibs and set the ballscrew preload on my 1100? I have what seems to be a LOT of backlash, or slop, or something. My round parts are pretty eggy.

The manual has a pretty good description of the process. Make sure to get the latest version from Tormach's web site as they make periodic revisions.

I guess I should have looked there before putting it back in its drawer today, huh?
