would this work for a PSU?

    Skycraft (Orlando,FL)

    24VDC 10.5Amp Power Supply SK1115
    100-240V 50/60Hz In, 24VDC 10.5Amp Out.
Switching Power Supply. Fully protected against short circuit and output overload. Main output voltage adjustment: +5%. An additional 12 Vdc, 250 mA output suitable for powering a dc fan is included. Dims: 8"L x 5"W x 1-3/4"H Weight: 2lbs, 3oz.

Or would a regulated power supply be the best choice for a HF44991 w/ Xyotex 3 way?

Well welcome.......what you're asking is will a switch mode supply work......yes, it will work......and a linear supply will also work......what you need to determine is which stepper you are using.....
