Not clear to me what your asking.
The ratio could be setup in a mac wizard or g-code, unclear as to what you could do with it.
Are you looking for the spiral sequence it forms or the frames that are used in everyday design work?

There are two ways to get the Golden Ratio. The first is the Fibonacci series which you mentioned. The second is way easier: it is the formula (1 + square root of 5) / 2.
