    Hello
I read quite a lot of stuff about CNC milling so far. We are in the car model making area and would need to mill in 2D and NOT 3D. However I have a few questions:

I often read that it’s possible to build a CNC miller from scratch, is that really possible for a “NORMAL” person without large resources?

Is that cheaper than buying one?

The price should be up to 600€, or do you get nothing good for that price?
What programs do I have to use?

I would need a drawing program and a controller program, is that right?
    What would you recommend?

Do you know good tutorials to the particular program?

If buying a new one is cheaper than building one- which one would you recommend?

I look forward to your answers...
    Kind regards

    Hello
You won’t get anything useful for 600.-€,

    Hello
not even when doing it myself?
We only work in the model making area and don’t want to spend any more money.
We only have single parts and we don’t want to spend 1000€

    Kind regards
