    Hello everybody!
I’d like to ask if someone has experience with turning of sealing surfaces.

I have to turn about 300 flanges with sealing surface. All of them with RZ 14-18. I’d like to know what tool you use therefore and what turnover boards. Cutting radius, speed, feed and covering.

Are the sealing surfaces in a clearance groove or on a plane surface or a generated surface?

    Hello
The material would be “S 235 JR G2”. The sealing surface’s going to be turned only at the plane surface. The size is different from diameter 400mm – 100mm. the highest rotation speed of the machine is 2500 r/min
