    problems with dxf

    can someone look at this dxf file, when i load it to lazy cam the router bit willl not stay down and just make one cut without lifting up, im using mach3 with lazy cam

    That's a very poor drawing for a few reasons.
    1) It's made up of splines, which I don't think will work in LazyCAM.
    2) Each two is made up of 7 separate splines, and the ends of each spline either overlap, or don't touch each other.

    Here is the dxf for the original gear but i dont know how to make mach3 cut outside the gear
